History
We started our catering company sometime between 1998-1999 with very small beginnings. We had no experience in the catering industry and no money to start with. I was working at the local university at the time and finding my position didn't give me the creative satisfaction I was looking for. I had always enjoyed cooking and entertaining, and after reading a story about someone who started a catering company and became successful, I thought to myself, if she can do it, why can't I? I decided to experiment on the professors in my department. I made handmade business cards and passed them out to everyone and they gave me a chance and started using me for their dinner parties, luncheons, etc. This in turn led to weddings, and 20 years later I am still in business and have catered hundreds and hundreds of weddings.
