Todd Steele LMT bases your therapy on the concepts of myofascial trigger points and Anatomy Trains' 12 continuous lines of muscle/fascia. He observes your posture for imbalances that strain your body and accelerate aging if left unattended. He examines where you want relief and treats tight bands of muscle.
