Todd Steele LMT bases your therapy on the concepts of myofascial trigger points and Anatomy Trains' 12 continuous lines of muscle/fascia. He observes your posture for imbalances that strain your body and accelerate aging if left unattended. He examines where you want relief and treats tight bands of muscle. Improved posture, health, freedom of movement, and reduced or eliminated pain enhance quality of life. Although not certified in Anatomy Trains, clients tell him he achieves significant improvements. Your problems will likely return because of habits of how you use your body. Steele recommends frequent daily self-care and teaches stretches and the use of tools like a lacrosse ball.
