I have worked on timesharing/fractional ownership projects and condominium hotel projects. I advise property owner associations. I also help individuals, families and small businesses with estate planning, probate administration and litigation, elder law, business planning and bankruptcy needs. I help clients in the LGBT community with their special needs and have spoken to various groups about issues important to the LGBT community. I help people start, expand and sell new businesses. My office is in Myrtle Beach, but I also help clients in North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Little River, Loris, Calabash, Carolina Shores, Carolina Forest, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, Litchfield Beach and Murrells Inlet, and in other parts of Horry County, Georgetown County, and Brunswick County.
