Established in 1978, the Ohio Youth Advocate Program is a private, nonprofit child caring agency that provides a variety of services throughout the state. It offers various community-based, advocacy, mental health, emergency shelter, therapeutic, and respite and foster care programs throughout the United States. The Ohio Youth Advocate Program administers a care management program that includes protective services for youths and families affected by substance abuse, neglect and delinquency.
