Est. in Dec. 2016 with the purchase of our building. Opened for business on May 20, 2017.

Specialties

We are a small NYS farm brewery making quality craft beer on-site from as many New York ingredients as possible. We also carry locally-made hard cider and Finger Lakes Wines.

What a cute brewery! My husband really liked Irrational Optimism. I had a Saranac soda which was one of the N/A options . When passing by we would gladly go back again.
