Move Breathe Live opened their doors January 6th, 2020. The owner, Juliana Hardy, has been studying the human body and movement for almost 20 years. She brings her knowledge and love of connecting the mind with the body with this facility. There are group movement classes focusing on strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, and stability each weekday along with hot yoga classes 6 days a week. Numerous educational workshops, along with meditation and red light therapy are also available.

Move Breathe Live is a one of a kind, organic experience that truly encourages each member to find the best version of themselves and connect with like-minded individuals who are striving to do the same. We utilize a holistic and natural lifestyle approach that inspires our members to think differently, move freely, connect genuinely, and to view daily movement practice in a new and invigorating way. We offer hot yoga classes, meditation classes, private sessions, and group movement classes that focus on strength, coordination, stability, and movement complexity.
