HistoryMove Breathe Live opened their doors January 6th, 2020. The owner, Juliana Hardy, has been studying the human body and movement for almost 20 years. She brings her knowledge and love of connecting the mind with the body with this facility. There are group movement classes focusing on strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, and stability each weekday along with hot yoga classes 6 days a week.
