The elegant and historic 1798 Ten Broeck Mansion in Albany, New York was built for Brigadier General Abraham Ten Broeck and his wife, Elizabeth Van Rensselaer. The site is operated as a museum by the Albany County Historical Association. Tours available May - October, Fridays-Sundays (check website current schedule). The 4-acre Ten Broeck Gardens are open April-October from 7 am - 6 pm. Workshops, free family programs, concerts, performances, and other cultural offerings are year-round.
