History

CETUSA was founded in 1995 by Rick Anaya. CETUSA brought together people from many different exchange organizations who shared a belief and love for the industry, as well as a commitment to excellence. Our vision is to build a world of friendships through quality, global exchange experiences by providing reliable, compassionate support to all program participants. We believe in a program based on integrity, knowledge and open, honest communication. On this foundation, we set the industry standard of excellence.

Specialties

Council for Educational Travel USA (CETUSA) brought together people from many different exchange organizations who all shared a common belief and love for the student exchange industry, as well as a commitment to excellence. We are an international high school student exchange program working with both outbound and inbound students in the USA. We are a national nonprofit organization working in accordance with the US Department of State to encourage life journey of global peace and understanding. CETUSA sets the industry standard of excellence continually.
