My name is Matthew Dawson and I am a corrective exercise professional in Boulder, Colorado. What I do is look at each individual's subtle differences in movement patterns to conceive a workout plan that improves function as time passes. In many instances using this analysis of someone's moment patterns can help cure aches, pains, and other forms of physical discomfort resulting from an injury or just the strain of life. I have helped clients reduce or eliminate, symptoms of fibromyalgia, chronic knee, back, and shoulder pain, as well as pain or discomfort due to poor posture, disappear. Others have seen results in managing knee replacements, bulged discs, and even depression. My approach is based on techniques rooted in experts who have collected copious amounts of data on what works best and why.
