As the premier resource for women and their families, Herself Moms has the unique privilege of offering specialty services to expectant families through their prenatal journey and into parenthood.

Herself Moms is more than Prenatal yoga; we offer Childbirth Classes, Breastfeeding classes and Lactation services. We also rent the Symphony Hospital Grade Breast Pump, and sell Nursing Bra's and Nursing products. We offer Postpartum exercise and mom and baby yoga that moms are encouraged to bring their baby to. We have ongoing Infant Massage classes, Kindermusik, Couples and Dad classes and so much more. Remember: Enter as strangers, leave as Friends!
