I am a believer in exercise and I've worked out all my life. There came a time when poor posture began to affect my workouts and I developed a bulging disc in my lower back. My trainer suggested Pilates. My posture improved dramatically and so did my coordination and balance. I found the confidence try to kickboxing and rock climbing-activities that once seemed beyond my reach. Having experienced the benefits myself, I get great pleasure introducing Pilates to others. Progress, not perfection, is what we aim for. Everyone has different goals and I enjoy tailoring workouts so the exercises fit each client's specific needs.
Specialties
I specialize in all ages and fitness levels. I believe almost anyone can do Pilates if you customize the workouts and listen to there specific needs. It can benefit kids that are in specific sports to prevent injuries. It can help older adults who want to improve their balance and quality of life. Pilates is also a great way to cross train and include in your overall fitness program.
