Jen has taught pilates for the last 12 years and has practiced physical therapy for over 20 years. She has furthered her body awareness work through teaching both pilates and yoga and maintains a lifelong self -practice of many sports, including swimming, rowing, triathlon and hiking. Jen brings a wealth of life experience and knowledge on graduate levels that assesses each person, at three unique levels: body, mind and spirit.
