Customers can walk right up to the counter to leave shoes for repair or to pick them up. Gary Papazya bought the shop eight years ago and has been servicing regular customers and walk-ins ever since. The shoe repair stations are visible from the shop lobby. Each day a customer is likely to see some shiny high heels on the back shelf, recently repaired. Brothers also sells shoe supplies like insoles, laces and polish. There's even a selection of Vogue and Lucky magazines should a customer wait in the store.
