Since 1951, Casa Manana is The Gila Valley's oldest Landmark Mexican restaurant serving many generations of families & friends. Our founders, "Gabby" & Emma Gabaldon began using family recipes & creating some of her very own. With a humble beginning in the original red brick house, guests couldn't get enough of of their food. Many additions were made to accommodate the many families that passed on the "Casa Crave" to the next generation. Original cast iron skillets used to make the green chili meat are still used today. The famous beef is still slowly cooked all night long using only a few ingredients and then hand-shredded. From freshly smashed avocados for the guacamole, award winning salsa to dip the addictive mixture of corn and flour chips. You are sure to discover your favorite dish when you stop in. The Casa family is waiting for you.
