Perfectly fluffy and chewy biscuits with strawberry jam, whipped eggs with pesto, spinach and red pepper. 10/10!!

Handheld breakfast sandwich with New Mexican chorizo. Soft tortilla filled with so much flavor. One of the best I've had.
