Built in 1916, the Higgins Hotel has been a Glenrock institution for nearly a century. The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling and renewal to assure that all overnight accommodations are comfortably updated. Flat screen televisions are one necessary compromise to the otherwise historical restoration of the guest rooms. The third floor (our Centennial Floor), which has five bedrooms and a large living room, is configured as the hotel was originally designed with one 3-room bathroom facility and can be rented in its entirety or on a room by room basis. Our Centennial rooms are perennial favorites of the many hunters and outfitters that visit the hotel annually in pursuit of the great hunting the area affords. Antelope Bar and Paisley Shawl Restaurant Our restaurant focuses on using Certified Angus Beef, emphasizes the use of fresh meat and produce, and offers a menu that with a distinct Southwestern and West Texas flair. The bar and dining room (formally the hotel's ballroom), a favorite meeting place for local business folks, offers flat screen and projection televisions to match our interest in sports around the area and the United States. Come and enjoy our "Jugo de Pina de Tejas" made with the freshest of premium pineapples and the one and only Tito's Vodka from Austin, Texas.
