24-7 Telcom Inc., a subsidiary of West Wisconsin Telcom Cooperative, provides local telephone and other telecommunication services to customers in Menomonie. Formed in 1988, the firm changed its name from West Wisconsin Communication Systems Inc. to 24-7 Telcom Inc. in 1999. Established in 1954, West Wisconsin Telcom Cooperative offers Internet access, telephone systems, security services, digital television, online data back-up, virus/spyware removal, wireless home networking, computer repair, etc. The cooperative serves portions of Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce and St.Croix counties of northwestern Wisconsin.
