Waterford Union High School offers various vocational courses, such as agriculture, driver education, technical education, and family and consumer education. It also offers academic courses in art, business, computer, English, math, music, physical education, reading, science, social studies, foreign language and health. The school is a division of the Waterford Union High School District and provides education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers guidance counselors, a social worker and a school psychologist that assists students in areas, such as career counseling and planning, and academic and personal concerns. It offers various sports activities that include cross country, golf, soccer, tennis, volleyball, swimming, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, softball, and track and field. The high school provides scholarships and financial aids to students and is located in Waterford, Wis.
