Friday fish fry at VFW 8483 does not only have fried fish, they also serve PoorMans cod. Growing up we called it PoorMans Lobster. Yum!

It was established to support veterans and their families, giving them a place for camaraderie and safety.

We pride ourselves in having a friendly atmosphere for veterans, families and the community. We have tasty lunch specials and awesome prices. Our bread and butter is our Friday Night Fish Fry.

Stopped in 10/26/2024 after the Badger game, Halloween party going on , Great Band. Service was awesome. Overall great time , Still puzzled on one costume??? Great place !!!! Keep it up

To go fish fry was easy to order, super quick to pick up, and delicious at a great price. My kids liked to see the machines in the yard, too. Big wins; recommended!!

I may be a little biased but I think this is the best place if you want to feel welcomed and have some great food at a reasonable price. Monday night wings can't be beat at $10 all you can eat....

This is exactly what you'd expect expect out of a VFW. Bingo hall-esque ball room with a small bar that serves cheap drinks. The cod was super good and came with cole slaw and house recipe baked...
