Wisconsin Union is the social, cultural and recreational center of the University of Wisconsin-Madison that serves as a daily gathering place for students, faculty, staff, community members and visitors. It offers a wide range of noncredit mini courses, such as intuitive sketching, artist book making, drawing fundamentals and watercolor painting. It also offers courses in watercolor workshop, life drawing, solvent free oil and acrylic painting, art exploration, balloon art and stone carving. Additionally, the center offers a variety of food dishes, including fudge bottom pie, banana cream pie, ice cream, ham and roast beef, cream cheese dip, tomatoes and green peppers, and summer sausage and crackers. Established in 1907, Wisconsin Union provides services to more than 15,000 people and is located in Madison, Wis.
