History

The Highground actually started on a battlefield in Vietnam when Founder Tom Miller was holding his fatally wounded comrade in 1965. It took twenty years to incorporate the Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans Memorial Project, Inc. and thirty years later we honor all veterans from all wars.
