The idea began as an organic food store with a whimsical name. Combining with Lakewood Botanicals hemp/CBD company allowed the store to open, and in June of 2020 The Green Banana was born. As artisans and crafters bring things to the store our local offerings continue to grow. We also offer seasonal garden starts and houseplants. You never know what you'll find here!

The Green Banana provides a natural market for certified organic produce and an opportunity to purchase goods from local artisans. This includes natural remedies, art, accessories, bath and body products, home decor and more.
