History
The Dough Shoppe is a small, family owned and operated business in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The journey started when Shannon and Katelyn were traveling in Buffalo, NY and came across an edible cookie dough shop. It was delicious, of course, and they instantly fell in love with the idea of starting one of their own. After a few weeks, they felt the Lord leading them towards this path. Research was done, plans were made, doors closed while others opened, and after only a few months, on November 9, 2017, The Dough Shoppe began scooping edible and bakeable cookie dough. Each member of the family owns a portion of the business and brought something unique to the table. Jamie works full-time as a structural engineer. Shannon is a successful small business owner, running a stencil and airbrush company for cookie decorators. Tyler attends college at UW Platteville and is a Sergeant in the Army Reserves.
