James Tadych began his grocery career working at his father s family store. In 1968, he purchased his first store, T&C Market, in Brillion, Wis. The company operates in-store bakeries that sell wedding cakes, hamburger buns, doughnuts, sweet rolls and hotdog buns. Its deli items include chicken patties, baked ham, potato wedges and egg salad croissants. T&C Market also operates a digital photo center that offers photo processing services. Its floral section provides flower arrangements and free floral delivery services to hospitals and funeral homes. It also offers party trays featuring sandwiches, shrimp, fruits and vegetables, as well as meat and cheese platters. In addition, the company supports and funds local churches, schools and nonprofit organizations. It sponsors various youth sports activities and groups. It offers the More Card, which provides savings and discounts on various items. T&C Market also offers stamps and lottery tickets, as well as film developing, fax, Western Union money transfers, check cashing and convenience payment services. In addition, it provides full-service bagging, dry cleaning, licensing, and rod and reel repairing services. T&C Market provides gift cards of several denominations.
