SpecialtiesEvergreen Village has 1 and 2 bedroom units with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, ceiling fan in the dining area and an a/c in the living room. Water, sewer, trash and heat are all included in the rent. We have lovely courtyards for tenants to use for barbecues, etc. There are picnic tables out for use by tenants. Garages may be available for $40 per month extra. You are assigned 1 parking space with the rental and all visitors and other vehicles need to park on the street. We do allow cats with a $275 pet deposit and additional $25 per month. Our units and buildings are all non-smoking. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult. We do run credit check, background check, verify income and verify with previous landlords. If you are accepted then 1/2 of your application fee is applied to your security deposit.
