Professional Plating was established in 1979. Bob and Pat Endries, founders of Endries International, were looking for a dependable source of plating for the fasteners supplied to their customers. The zinc plating operation began with the barrel line being Professional Plating s sole production area. In 1983, the company expanded its zinc plating capabilities with the purchase of a Cyclemaster rack line. In 1988 a nearly 12,000-square-foot addition became home for its acrylic e-coat line and its lab was upgraded to include precision testing equipment. In 1998, Professional Plating added a powder coat system. This system has a 10-stage pre-treatment system that includes a non-chrome sealant. The company s products includes a variety of finishes, such as acrylic, barrel zinc, epoxy, multiple process, powder coat, Pro-Advantage, Pro-Dura Clear, rack zinc and wash line. Professional Plating is located in Brillion, Wis.
