We work with the client from start to finish in the critical-path-planning phase, and like to have team meetings involving the customer everytime we are about to transfer from one critical phase to another a point of no return so to speak so the customer is getting exactly what they expect and quality they expect. Either myself or one of my partners, or if available restraints one of our quality control foreman will be present every step of way from start to finish of your project. Even simple landscaping is given a once over by one of the quality control team members before the site is cleared and ready to move to a new location.
