Heidi Metro is a licensed massage therapist working out of her offices in the Opera House building on 2nd Street. Metro not only offers massage and bodywork, but she also has regular classes on wellness and health. She offers deep tissue and aromatherapy massages as well as an "integrative" massage that incorporates several different techniques, which could include Swedish massage, acupressure, reflexology or trigger point work.
