I've eaten at Kapal's several times. They have good fish. But their new signage makes me uncomfortable. I'm not sure what is intended by the whole black and white flag, but I prefer my perch...

Surprised no one has reviewed yet. We come here about once a month, while at our cabin. The food is very good, and lately, noticed a nice improvement in service. Highly recommend.
