She also is a personal fitness trainer, and a certified lifestyle coach. She has a passion for teaching overall wellness from nutrition to exercise and everything in between. Natasha has a certification in family herbal consulting and emotional healing. She has life experience coping and consulting people with depression and anxiety. In.Form is a 12 week natural weight management journey. The program is about education and giving people the tools they need to lose weight and maintain for life.
