Cracks had formed in grout along lower edge. Company attempted to hide the fact by covering them with caulk that did not match the grout.

Caulk smeared over newly painted walls. Tile is again chipped along back of wall.

Grout cracking because he used sanded grout in an area over a half inch wide which is against manufacturer recommendations.

Tile sits way higher than lower tile. Stress crack is running under tile due to failure to stagger joints. No plywood was installed either

Grout cracking along entire lower edge due using sanded grout in a gap over a 1/2" wide, which is against the manufacturer recommendations.
