History
I've been teaching mindfulness and yoga for eight years at a health club and yoga studio in the area. I've been teaching mindfulness and yoga in Milwaukee Public Schools for a local non-profit for over six years. Over the years I have been so excited by the positive impact that mindfulness and yoga has had on my life that I have been inspired to share it and help others improve their lives. As I continue working with people of all ages, I notice the positive affects that mindfulness and yoga have on them and I receive such wonderful responses and feedback that I know I made the right choice in pursuing my passion.
