HistoryClinical Services is situated in the historic Sampson home overlooking the scenic Wisconsin River. The clinic, established in 1988, was the first private, state-certified mental health clinic in Wisconsin Rapids. In addition to consulting and forensic services, Clinical Services offers children and adults psychological evaluations for ADHD, cognitive/learning difficulties, and more. Other services include treatment for depression, PTSD, anxiety, grief, stress reduction, childhood disorders, chronic pain and sleep disorders, parent/child conflict, alcohol and other drug dependency issues, emotional and behavioral problems. Clinical Services also offers premarital counseling, couple's counseling, and post-divorce parental counseling.
