When Horizon Retail Construction launched in 1993, the Internet was for programmers and the retail mall was king. We set out with 10 field superintendents and a three-person staff to build distinctive spaces for distinctive brands. Today we have more than 90 office employees and over 150 field superintendents stationed throughout the country for instant mobilization--an entire organization tooled specifically for tenant improvement. We handle more than 1,500 projects a year. And in all 50 states, the nation's most influential retail chains rely on Horizon to build their story.
