History
Originally the building was a coffee shop. Kris and Mark Gostisha purchased the building in June of 2006 and turned it into a full service casual dining restaurant focusing on family dining. There is a full liqour license on premise that allows consumption of beer wine and mixed drinks, but the bar is not the focal point of the operation. The Forest Lake Country Store is foused on quality family dining where you can have a drink and not a bar where you can get food. After several years of success in the business they realized there was a void in the market for quality wines, beers and cheeses. They now stock over 150 boutique wines, 150 craft beers and 40 artisan cheeses. Not the brands you will find in grocery or convenience stores, you will find quality brands at affordable prices. Stop and try the food, comback to fill your cellar!
