With five tennis courts, a baseball field, and new landscaping, Ellsworth Park is home to many of the local events held in Bayside such as the village picnic, Bayside's Best Dog Competition and Fright Nights. The entire park was restructured in 2006 and it now doubles as a park and a retention pond. In 2007, a new sidewalk was installed and residents were allowed to purchase bricks that would have their name stamped on them.
The pavilion used to be an enclosed facility and would be used for a heating building for ice skaters. The outside walls have since been removed and it is now utilized for family picnics and as an open-air shelter.
All the playground equipment has also been replaced and is now ADA accessible.
