Richland County Health & Human Services is a part of the government of Richland County in Wisconsin. The department administers elderly, public health, clinical services, and economic and long-term support programs. Its children and families unit provides court ordered, certification, licensing, and juvenile and child protection services. The department coordinates the Community Support Program, which is a state-mandated, long-term support plan that offers easily accessible treatment, rehabilitative and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Additionally, Richland County Health & Human Services administers the Birth to Three Program, which serves children under the age of 3 with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as their families.
