The Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is home to nearly four dozen parks in the city. From the Formal Gardens at Frame Park to the pool at Buchner Park, and from the toboggan run at Lowell Park to the baseball fields at the Saratoga Complex, Waukesha residents use the parks all year long.
The Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department has been selected as gold medal finalist in 2008 and 2010 by the National Recreation & Park Association for cities with populations between 50,000 and 100,000.
