The wait list for one bedroom housing at Donahue Terrace Corson Square Apartments is CLOSED. Until further notice, the Baraboo CDA will NOT be accepting any new applications for one bedroom units as the number of applications on the existing wait list has exceeded anticipated unit availability in a 24 month time period. The waiting list is reviewed monthly notification will be provided on this page and local newspaper when the waiting list is re-opened. The CDA is governed by 8 members of the Board of Commissioners. The Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor, and two of the members are required to be members of the Common Council of the City. The Board meets at 7 00 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month in the Community Room of Donahue Terrace Apartments, 227 First Avenue, Baraboo. The public is invited to attend the meetings. Five committees have been established to carry out the work of the Board Finance, Personnel, Executive, Loan Review and Long Range Planning. Services Provided, People Served The CDA operates two apartment complexes as agent for the City, administers the Community Development Block Grant Program for housing rehabilitation and Economic Development loans for expansion of an existing business, as well as loans for start-up businesses.
