Founded in 1985, Briq's Soft Serve is a chain of ice-cream parlor specializing in one pound cones. Based in Schofield, Wis., it provides seasonal favorites, including strawberry rhubarb sundaes, caramel apples, turtle/strawberry sundae, brownie Briq Mountain and flurries. The ice-cream parlor also serves slush floats/whips, banana split, shakes, malts, root beer floats, cookie coolers, take home quart soft serve, bags of ice and more. How can you not give a five star review to Oreo speedwagon, vanilla malts, or just any ice cream cone? The parking has improved so it is so easy now to park and get in/out. Love this...

This is a must stop when heading through minocqua and Wausau areas. The absolute best soft serve anywhere. Zebra cones are great and our dog always gets a pupcone

Oh that's the ticket. Long line moved relatively quickly. Young staff did pretty well, and sometimes you just need to have a soft serve sundae.
