HistoryMy first 7 years I worked with chiropractor Dr. Wendy Wait, from whom I learned a lot about alignment, and at TIBIA Healing Center/Healing..Inspirations. In 2013, I moved into my own space here on Yellowstone. In addition to offering massage therapy, I've taught kinesiology and deep tissue at East-West Massage School for several years, plus a variety of Continuing Education courses at TIBIA. After yoga teacher training in 2015-16 and a number of yoga workshops, I've begun offering small yoga classes in my office.SpecialtiesDeep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, relief of chronic pain, restoration of mobility, recovery from overuse injuries, stress reduction, massage education, small-group yoga classes for older adults and newer students looking to improve mobility.
