HistoryJohn Lieske started Kitchen Specialists in 1982 in Oshkosh, WI. In 1983 he moved Kitchen Specialists to its current location on Oregon Street. He started the business by himself and now they have over 15 employee's and have over $ 2 million in sales. His son Mark Lieske joined the company in 1994 and they have continued to grow ever since.
