Established in 1946, The Seeing Hand Association is a human services organization that provides services for the blind and visually impaired individuals. It offers training in the use of computer and access technology. The organization operates a center that features computer workstations with a variety of technology, including speech output, screen magnification, Braille display, optical character recognition systems and note taking devices.
