Operating since 1974, we are the oldest child care facility in Putnam County. We are licensed by the West Virginia Department of Health & Human Resources. We participate in government assistance programs, including the Child and Adult Care Food Program ( CACFP ). Located conveniently off I-64 in Scott Depot, our staff are ready to assist you in caring for your preschool or school age children. Teays Valley Child Development Center is an outreach of the Scott Depot Christ Fellowship and serves the community by providing care and protection to young children, supplementary to their home care, and to provide educationally stimulating experiences in a Christian atmosphere. Such care includes nutritious meals and the provision of a wide range of learning experiences in an enriched learning environment under the supervision of a professionally trained staff.
