Tukwila Washington is one of the most diverse cities in the US. For a long time the committee of Tukwila Pride saw a desire to bring together diversity, culture, community and pride but wasn't sure on how to approach just that. Now, for the first time, Tukwila will have its first Pride in the heart of Tukwila. Our goal is to bring together a very diverse city together where we can share life, all inclusivity and pride in our culture. Pride street fair will take place in front of the Friendz Cafe building and the building adjacent to it. We are very excited to have venders, beer garden and a large stage. We thank all of the people who made this a possibility including PFLAG which has been saving lives, strengthening families, changing hearts, minds and laws since 1972. Their family and ally voice is integral to advancing equality throughout the nation.
