History

Merchants Cafe was established in 1890 and is proudly Seattle's oldest restaurant. The Underground Saloon was a speakeasy during prohibition. Up until 2 months ago the Underground Saloon was only open on game days but due to popular demand it is now open 5 nights a week. And yes, we are haunted.
