The Roost was established in 2014 and purchased CF Infusion in 2015 where it has resided ever since.

Want to get fit and have fun doing it? We offer group classes with certified CF instructors with limits on class sizes. We are a no contract gym and want you to keep coming back because you love it just as much as we do!
