The Huntsman Tavern is a full-service restaurant serving American Cuisine with a Southwest flare. We offer lunch & dinner including wood-fired steaks, rotisserie chicken, salad and seafood. We boast a large whiskey and spirit collection with over 700 bottles on our shelf. We also offer delicious craft cocktails and a large beer and wine selection! We are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Saturday 11am- close and offer a dinner service on Sunday beginning at 3pm. Children are welcome! We hope to serve you soon!

I think this is the best prime rib in Ellensburg. It's kind of a bougie high-end place with $15 super fun cocktails. But they are super worth it because they are handcrafted with fine ingredients...

Wonderful dining experience with my girlfriends to celebrate one of their birthdays. The food was sensational, the aesthetic is beautiful & our server was very attentive. Can't wait to return!
